In an unlikely event of damages during delivery, artwork having quality issues, or wrong artwork delivered to you, it is eligible for a free replacement. Customer shall inform HouseArt about the damaged artwork, quality issue, or wrong artwork within 48 hours of delivery along with the photos of artwork showing the issue as proof. HouseArt shall not be liable to replace the artwork or refund the money if HouseArt is informed after the completion of 48 hours from the time of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with the quality, we are happy to accept the return and make a refund. Please inform us within 5 days of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns apply only to art print items. Custom Photo frame items (where customer uploads his/her own picture and we print, frame as per order) and framed original artworks are not eligible for returns. Unframed original artworks can be returned.
Also, the Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders are not eligible for returns.
The customer is required to ship the artwork to us at our return shipping address. To be eligible for a refund, the returned artwork HouseArt receives should be in new condition, exactly as it was delivered to you.
Upon receipt of the returned HouseArt will ascertain the condition of the artwork prior to issuing refund/replacement. The artwork will not be eligible for a refund in case further damages are found.
